About Me

Dialed In Fitness is owned and operated by Carol Medina. Carol Medina is a certified personal trainer that takes pride and enjoyment in helping men and women that are frustrated, confused, and sick of the unhealthy out of shape lifestyle they've been living.

Carol is very serious  and passionate when it comes to changing a person’s overall physical appearance and apply a variety of cutting edge techniques to help my clients attain all their goals. Most importantly, I teach my clients how to change their lifestyle and eating habits for life!

You will be completely revitalized by my programs! My unique approach will help you transform both body and mind. Let's face it, most trainers just watch you exercise. If you want to achieve real, long lasting results, you must do more than exercise your body. You need to have a change of mindset as well.
